Urban Development Program
This Program is a major initiative to support the implementation of the State Government's
metropolitan strategy, Melbourne 2030. The purpose of this program is to ensure adequate
supply of land for future development.

You can:
» Search for your area of interest
» Generate reports
» Print the relevant map and report
The Urban Development Program (UDP) provides information on:
» Broadhectare residential land
» Major residential redevelopment sites
» Industrial land
Each land use type contains details on the projected development timing,
anticipated lot or dwelling yield, zoning and project area.
