Designated Bushfire Prone Area Map

• Note - the great majority of the state is designated as bushfire prone area
• If any part of a property is inside the designated area, a Bushfire Property Report will be generated
• Construction must be to the bushfire standard and building regulations if any part of the building footprint falls within the Bushfire Prone Area
• View a sample report

  This interactive mapping service allows you to:

• search using a property address, Melways reference or lot and plan number
• use simple tools to move around and view the map
• see the extent of the Designated Bushfire Prone Areas
• prepare and print a customised PDF report

  To obtain a Bushfire Prone Area Property Report :

• this report can be included in a Section 32 vendor's statement
• search by address or other option to find the correct location on the map
• you can use the "Select a property" (Arrow) tool to select other properties from the map
• click Get Reports to see the list of selected properties
• click Next to go and create the reports
• other property reports are available, as well as the Bushfire report
