The Land Registry Lodging Book - Third Edition has been revised and reprinted.

The reprinted Lodging Book includes identified corrections and changes that have resulted from recent updates to associated Acts and Regulations.

The Lodging Book – A Guide to Dealings at Land Victoria – contains up-to-date examples of various transactions under the Transfer of Land Act 1958, Subdivision Act 1988 and other Acts related to transactions with land in Victoria.

It provides details of documents that need to be lodged in support of common dealing types. The Lodging Book includes a useful glossary of terms and an index to enable easy access to the information contained in the Book. The Lodging Book is wire bound and dividers separate the general information section and each of the other five sections of the book for ease of reference.
