Select a theme: Broadhectare Residential, Established Residential or Industrial

There are three types of themes you can create maps and reports on:

  • Broadhectare Residential
  • Established Residential
  • Industrial

To begin, select one of the themes from the left menu at UDP home page

Then follow the steps, explained below, to search areas, generate reports, build maps and print maps

You can search by:

  • Melway/VicRoads
  • Address
  • Lot on Plan

Select from list or enter details

Don't have a full address? Just fill in Street name and select from list

You can do a new search anytime, just select the search tab to return to this menu

Select an area on the map

Use the Get Report tab.

It will open in another window. To print or save your report, use your browser tool bar.

Limit on Selections

Remove Selection is on the left hand panel about half way down

You are limited to a maximum of 500 records per selection.

If you have selected more than 500 records, only 500 will be returned. A message will tell you if maximum is reached. The Map will highlight those selected.

To generate a single report of more than 500 parcels, use select tool to reselect the additional required parcels.

Group smaller areas together and break up into several reports

Tips:

  • zoom in closer to the area of interest and select only the area required.
  • to keep the number of records per selection to a manageable size, drag smaller box areas. These will be added to the current selection.

Total Selection tells how many records selected for single report
