The Victorian Property Sales Report covers median sale prices by suburb for houses, units and vacant land over a period of 15 months. Data for each property type is sold separately as a PDF online for $10.

The March 2008 quarterly data is now on sale. The report lists median property sales prices for the March quarter of 2008 and the December, September, June and March quarters of 2007. It also lists the percentage shift in median prices between the December 2007 quarter and the March 2008 quarter as well as the change between the March 2007 quarter and the March 2008 quarter.

Valuer-General Robert Marsh provides a summary of activity and highlights emerging trends. The Victorian Property Sales Report is released quarterly in March, June, September and December and continues to present the most authoritative property sales data available. Annual figures are released in July each year through A Guide To Property Values.
