The Guide to Property Values is the most comprehensive and authoritative reference to all types of property prices - residential, commercial, industrial and rural. An annual publication of property statistics across Victoria, it is produced from data from the Valuer-General. It is produced annually and available as a PDF.

Each report has many statistics, tables and graphs. It includes sales volumes and median and mean prices by Local Government Areas/municipality from 1985; and the median prices for houses, units, and vacant land by locality/suburb for the previous ten years.

A quarterly report is also available.
