Details the location and attributes of each coalfield in Victoria. Spatial accuracy defined as attribute "Loc_Acc". This dataset has 3 lookup tables: COALINVFLDS_BLACK and COALINVFLDS_BROWN. Note that 1 field can have many seams. Also COALINVFLDS_WATERUSE LUT joins to this dataset. For all COALINV data the LUT table COALINV_KEY contains the key info for each dataset.
